Refund Policy

We understand that situations change and life can happen spontaneously! And as a small business, we hope to provide quality customer service so that you are happy even if you choose to refund your purchase.

 

If you request a refund:

- Anytime 7 days or prior from the beginning of your chosen delivery window, a full refund will be issued to the card used for the purchase.

- When we are already within your chosen delivery window, a 50% refund will be issued.

*Within 48 hours of your delivery day we cannot offer any refunds as by that point we have worked hard on your product including some non-refundable payments on our end!

 

*If you happened to have moved, let us know. Instead of a refund, we may be able to deliver to your new address!
